# capy help: Inspect the Command Reference

> Show Capy help in terminal format or as a machine-readable command reference.

## Synopsis

```bash theme={null}
capy --help
capy help
capy help --json
```

## Description

`capy help` prints the CLI help. `capy help --json` prints a machine-readable reference for the release currently installed, including command paths, arguments, options, JSON support, and subcommands.

Use the JSON form for automation instead of scraping terminal text.

## Flags
